Make sure you keep your bat file in the root directory of your mods folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Crytek\Crysis Wars\Mods\"yourmod", in order for your xml file to be saved there, and for your flowgraph to be able to access it.
Then just click on the bat file in order to run WGet to pull datafrom your Pachube feed.
